Campus International School's MYP Individuals and Societies program strives to be different than any other in the nation. We strive to value a deep analysis of cause, effect, human decision-making, and prevailing societal power structures more than names, dates, and figures. The format and content of current textbook offerings do not make this goal easy, which in itself demonstrates why the goal is so critically important. In order to make the world a safer, fairer, and better place to live for all people, we must understand how it became what it currently is. We must critically analyze the sometimes dark past to chart a brighter future.
